The Spa at Callaway Gardens is located on the lower level of The Lodge: 4500 Southern Pine Dr., Pine Mountain, GA 31822
All spa amenities are included with any scheduled appointment, including saunas, steam rooms, lockers and relaxation areas. Upon arrival and check-in, you will be given a tour of your designated lounge areas (our lounge areas are not co-ed). We welcome you to enjoy time together in our candle-lit rotunda located inside the spa or on our patio (weather permitting).

Our spa reservations staff is happy to help customize your special spa experience. We require a major credit card and telephone number to confirm your appointment. Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify the spa 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or re-schedule appointments. The full value of the service will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
For your convenience, a 24% service charge is added for gratuity to all services and packages. Additional gratuities may be given, at your discretion, for exceptional service.
We invite you to discuss any special requests with our spa staff prior to your visit. Also, please communicate with your therapist during the treatment to ensure your overall comfort.
Please inform us of any medical or special needs such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or any physical conditions or ailments that require our attention. For your safety and well-being, we strongly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy, and shaving before or after exfoliation treatments.
We recommend dressing comfortable, you will be provided a locker with spa robe and sandals. You are welcome to dress down to your comfort level for your treatment. Our service providers are well trained to adjust their service to whatever attire you are most comfortable with during your massage/facial.
We highly recommend checking in at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will ensure that you are ready for your treatment at your appointed time. You will receive an intake form with your confirmation, we encourage you to complete before arrival. Treatments begin and end at time scheduled; no adjustments can be made for late arrivals.
Spa treatments are available for guests ages 18 and over. For guests ages 14 - 17, specifically designed young adult services are available with a signed minor consent form. We require minors to be accompanied by a parent or an adult at all times.
Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere on the Spa grounds.
Proper closed-toe shoes and clothing are required in the fitness center. We require minors to be accompanied by a parent or an adult at all times.
