Celebrate the official close of summer with fireworks, glowing hot air balloons, and an exclusive Balloon Glow Dinner Buffet at the Ski Pavillion at Callaway Resort & Gardens. Savor smoked meats, a fresh salad bar, flavorful sides and decadent desserts while taking in the sights, sounds and flavors of this festive and beloved holiday event.

- Labor Day Gardens Admission Ticket (Required for Dinner Guests): $30 Adult, $20 Child, $27 Senior
Location & Times: Dinner will be served from 6:00pm-7:30pm, Fireworks at 9:15pm
Enjoy a buffet dinner lakeside at Robin Lake Beach with hot air balloons illuminating the night - followed by a dazzling fireworks display! Ticketed guests will have exclusive access to the Ski Pavilion at Robin Lake Beach starting at 5:30pm. Dinner will be served from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Guests are encouraged to stay and watch the balloons ignite the night starting at 8:15pm followed by fireworks starting at 9:15pm. A fully stocked bar will be available for additional beverage purchases from 5:30pm-8:45pm. Menu includes Pulled Pork, Honey Salmon, Bone-in Roasted Chicken, Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, salad bar, vegetables, desserts and more!
